Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

As Pilot Mustard Oil is an edible consumable product, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the seal is broken or the tin/bottle is opened. For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used oil tins/bottles
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Any product returned after 15 days of delivery

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior communication.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take a few days before the refund is reflected.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or promotional sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are received in a damaged, defective, or leaked condition. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at [your email address] with photographs of the damaged product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued to you.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
